I purchased this Accessory pack for the Nintendo DS that I had purchased for my Daughter for Christmas. I had questions on one item included and e-Mailed Customer Service for assistance. After using, another item needed replacing. Another e-Mail was sent. Then the DS proved to be defective and had to be replaced. This caused us to need to replace an accessory that was used on the original. Since no response was received from either e-Mail, I called Customer Service at the provided number. A detailed message was left as the number was not answered. It has now been 4 weeks since the phone call so,in my opinion, this company cares about the sale, not the follow-up. So, in other words, Good Luck If You Need Assistance! I would NEVER recommend buying from this company and the accessories offered can be purchased from other companies at better prices.Customer Review: Worth the money? We'll see...

Bought it for CHRISTmas for my daughter, along with her first Nintendo DS. Was concerned about damage to the screens, etc.
The screen protectors work great, fit nicely and don't obscure the view in any way.
The case and little pink bag are good quality and fit very nicely.
The ear buds are adequate and haven't had the chance to use the car charger.
So far, I think the purchase was worth it; my daughter was happy with it.

We received two of these for my girls for Christmas. The DS console did not fit into the case very well at all. I could barely zip the thing closed. Forget about putting in an extra game or anything. Also, the screen protectors are so thick that my girls, 7 and 4, were unable to activate the game using the touch screen without really pressing hard and even then there was a delay in activating the game characters/objects and often times it still didn't work at all. The rest of it we didn't even bother trying out. It all looked really cheap. We sent both bundles back but unfortunately I had to pay a "restocking" fee on them when we returned them.Customer Review: Very practical

So many times I've read a negative review on here and found my experience to be the opposite. It was in that spirit that we bought this 17-in-1 bundle for my daughter's DS. What a piece of junk! First off, DS is all about game cartridges and the goal is to keep all of them together with the game. 3 of the 17 items are these cheesy little plastic boxes that do not attach to the case nor do they fit in the case. Strike one. 5 of the items are these pre-scratched protectors that you are supposed to put on your game so that you can no longer see the screen clearly. My son's is over a year old with no scratches and regular use. It does not need them. The screens are durable. Strike two! The car charger comes with a tiny cord so you cannot use it while charging. We got a charger with the DS that we bought at costco that had a realistic long cord so he can play while we are on the road.
This kit is trash! Don't buy it, you've been warned.
