I ordered this LCD expecting to receive a NEW LCD screen for the Nintendo DS Lite. I received a used screen with scratches on it... so be forewarned. Everything else on Amazon is listed as NEW, unless otherwise noted... but not these.

The following things, which is specifically related to Eforcity, (so disregard if you're not ordering from them) is that their policy is they do not refund shipping charges, even if something was their mistake.

Additionally, the packaging came in a very thin cardboard shell with a small piece of bubble wrap. However, this was placed in a Tyvek envelope with no additional padding, which arrived smashed. (Fortunately, the LCD did not crack.)

Caveat emptor.
