a great game overall. Sometimes I will sit down and think..."I need to work on that mortgage." ahh.. so much like real life.
It's a really fun game with more complexities than I knew when I ordered it. I love it and do not regret ordering it one bit. It's become one of, if not the most, played of all my ds lite games.
I really recommend ..at some point consulting a guide so that you don't miss some of the neat things about it or how to make money...
It's a good and pretty open ended game. It's like visiting another place that you can just stay for a while and get your mind off of things. This would also be good for just about all ages.
It's worth the money because it can be played year round and...as far as I have heard and can tell..it just goes on and on ...
Try it...I had tried Sims but didn't like it because I felt all I was doing was cleaning up messes, but this one is a lot more breezy and entertaining. Though I should probably try some of the new Sims to see what they are like.

hi, it's us, Lilly and Raya, twins of Billy and Jenn McGuire. i love this game. i share a ds with my sis, Lilly. in animal crossing you are a girl or boy. here are the colors of hair you can have when you start for girls: Brown and pink, but pink is kinda rare you mostly get brown. for boys: Blue and brown, yes, blue is rare, on both the commen colors are brown. my mom gave us this game cuz' we were really wanting it. we mostly get what we want cuz' our daddy has a BIG compeny. and we model. any ways, if you want colors like red and yellow, and things like that, get the shop nookingtons. to get nookingtons, get the last upgrade and have a friend come over and buy something, then you get nookingtons. if you need help, go to Animal crossing cheats. hope we helped! oh, and we just got a wii so we have the animal crossing for that too! we commeted on that too. hope you read it. cuz' we have some tips for that that we posted! bye, thanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought this game about 3 months ago and it seems it has been a year. I know u have probly read other reviews about this game being mean,and disrespectful but thats only when u treat ur town members mean like hiting them with nets or not doing things they ask u to do. And Resetii is the main problem. Everyone says that their kids and parents r complaing how mean he is but he teaches u a lesson. UR NOT SUPPOSED TO TURN THE GAME OFF WITHOUT SAVING EVEN IF U DID NOT DO ANYTHING. If u did not even do anything it still needs u to save because it needs to know if u were on or not so u get mail and stuff. And becides, i am almost 14 and it took me a while to get youst to the game. U can even save anywhere by hitting start. Not trying to be mean but little kids dont need to take this game seriously. It is simple to save and it is too confusing for most little kids. Some dont get the purpose of this game so they r careless about what they do and thats why they r always being bullied by the animals on this game. So tell ur kids to be more carfull abut what they do on it.
This game is completly different then the GC[gamecube]version. The animals r smarter then the the GC and there is more furniture on this one. u can get a much bigger house on this one. And in Nookingtons there is a hair shop. If u r stuck at any store u either have to spend a certain amount of bells or if u spent allot allready try paying off ur house dept then he should say the store is going to be closed whenever for remodling. I know the house dept gets higher each time and then so high that u cant pay it off. I know a cheat to fix that. First u need at least 20,000 bells then go to the post office and go to save bells. Put in at least 20,000 and save game and turn power off. Then turn DS back on and change the date to 2099 then save and turn back off. Turn back on u will see that u have mail. The one from town hall says that u got 99,999 bells. U can go back to post office and go to access amount and go to withdraw bells and u will have 99,999 bells plus the amount that u had before. After that u change the date back to original time and u can do this as many times as possible. Notice that weeds and grass apears all over ur town and dont pull them all out untill u r done doing the cheat,this is pointless because they will just come back as soon as u do the cheat again.
All of the songs r the same as GCs. Grapics r better for people and background but houses and stuff in houses r blocky.
This is my favorite game for the DS.
