This is sound science and is a useful tool to keep memory sharp and mental skills at a high level. my only complaint is that the nintendo DS lite that I purchased as a gift came with the case and .... yes Brain Age 2. I got this for my son because he loves brain games. I love it because I use it for therapy. I had a severe Brain injury from a truck accident. So I play the games with my son. I would reccomend this game for anyone, whether your young and smart or you need practice on sharpening your brain skills.... my son is 12 and I am 50 and medicaly retired. Doug
