It starts unspectacular, with black-and-white cartoon-style characters, but evolves to be a hotel full of real characters, which I miss after finishing the game. Some situations require help by a walkthrough online, but that does not change the overall great experience. Buy it, and give it some time, it will catch you. Customer Review: Excellent

The game was amazing! I was hooked the entire way through! It is always interesting and it was an innovative way to play such a game - to make your own choices. Some of the dialogue lasted awhile though and you have to wait until it's over to save the game but otherwise it was awesome!Customer Review: Good Game
