It was on Christmas day of 2010. It was a wonderful Christmas ( THANK GOD FOR ALL AND FAMILY and etc. ) until when my Mother gave me one of my presents that my mother ordered from Amazon.com. IT WAS THE WRONG CHARGER! The title says "DS charger Adapter"... but I received an NINTENDO GBA charger. Now we were kind enough to return the product and exchange it for a DS charger. It is now FEBRUARY 27,2011 @ 4:00p.m. I was done talking to Mr. Jared who gave me an A-Z guarantee that I will GET MY NINTENDO DS CHARGER AND YES I AM INCENSED BECAUSE I HAVE WAITED FOR THIS FOR TWO MONTHS!!! Then he was so confused to which product that I was talking about, he asked me "what kind of DS".. OMG! AN NINTENDO DS (lite)! I will never understand why he made so hard for me just to give me my charger. Now I'm gonna wait, get my charger, and call it a day. IF NOT, I will report him to the BBB. This is an outrage and we were very respectful. After I get my money back or my DS charger.... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HIM AGAIN!!! I'm very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of this buyer. This was UNACCEPTABLE. God bless him and etc. but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
