I've been a fan of the Zelda series ever since the original on the NES. My wife bought this for me for Christmas in 2007, and it was an awesome present! There don't appear to be many of the Legend of Zelda DS units out there. The construction is the same as the other late-model DS' - solid, no creaking, and has held up well after hundreds of hours of gaming.

... I couldn't really find anything wrong with this unit. It came in perfect condition, and even after hundreds of hours of use everything works as new. There are a few very light exterior scratches, but that can be attributed to normal wear.
Everything considered, this is an excellent gift for any fan of the Legend of Zelda series.

I've always been a HUGE Zelda fan, and when they released a DS revolving around the triforce theme, I just had to buy it!
And as an added bonus, getting Phantom Hourglass? Wonderful - I loved the Wind Waker game as well, and Phantom Hourglass is a fabulous sequel to the game.
