Customer Review: My ds lite review
Summary: 5 Stars
My original ds broke after 5 years of service an I decided it was time to replace it. The ds lite is lighter than the original and is not as awkwardly shaped. The screen is also brighter and includes 4 light settings. All of the features of the original are there like pictochat and ds download play along with a gameboy advance(GBA) slot to play GBA games.
In regards to the dsi there are a few differences that some people may like to know. There is no GBA slot. The ds lite does not have a camera or mp3 player.

Cons
The buttons are a little noisy
I have only had mine for a few days, but I have heard that the ds lite's right hinge can break and cause the top screen to go blank
Stylus can scratch bottom screen
Top part can get smudged with finger prints easily, so you might want to wipe it off every once in a while
In my own opinion if you are trying to decide between a dsi or ds lite I would choose the ds lite. If you have the original or another working model of the ds keep it.
