I purchased this for an upcoming trip to hopefully ease the pain of a 12 hour flight. I "tested" it and was so pleased with the product, I quickly bought another one for a traveling buddy. Now we are both looking forward to the 12 hour flight if you can believe that! Kudos to Amazon for promptly providing a refund for my first purchase when the seller never sent me the product. I have never experienced a seller not fulfilling their obligation and I was a bit worried about Amazon following through with their A-Z Guarantee claim. Got for my daughter & (myself) for Christmas - love it - works great - easy to take on trips got the package which includes car charger & multi pens! Only have 2 games as of now one we love Cooking Mama the other Tinkerbell we NOT so much! Definately would recommend.
