Video Game Reviews of Tetris DSCustomer Review: Variety of versions, use of stylus on some. Summary: 5 StarsReally enjoy the games that use the stylus rather than the buttons. Lots of versions to select from. On a recent visit with my grandchildren they played my Tetris DS so much that I ordered a copy for them to keep - my copy came home with me!
Customer Review: Tetris Summary: 5 StarsI'm an old school video game player, I still have My Sega, and 2 gameboys. Ya they still work. Collectible; ya never know. Anyway, I bought the Nintendo DS for my son (8) he never got it. I have 4 games for myself, this is one of them and my wife Plays the game all the time. She is up to 104 lines. I guess you could say that maybe i need to buy another DS for my wife and one for my son. HUmmm maybe i will get my DS back so i can play Mario....hahaha.. I'm 40 and my wife is 37 as of this review. The game rocks.... lots of fun....even for the old school gamer.
Customer Review: Best Tetris Summary: 5 StarsThis is by far the best tetris game that I have ever played before...It has so many diff types of tetris games..I recommend this game if you love tetris...
Customer Review: Addicting beyond belief Summary: 4 StarsThis game is a lot of fun (and it's HIGHLY addicting), but for what it is, it shouldn't cost so much money.
This version comes with a bunch of other variations of Tetris, but honestly, the only ones I ever play besides the standard version is Touch (where you use the Touch Screen to move blocks) and Puzzle. That's not very good considering there are probably 4 other variations. I think the other games are kind of irritating; Catch is especially aggravating.
Standard version is verrrrry addicting. It's so much fun that you won't realize you're playing for a long time. Also, the music is fun and fast-paced, not annoying.
I recommend this game, but try to find the best price before buying-- it's not worth 30 bucks.
Customer Review: Needs co-op mode Summary: 3 StarsI bought this game to play with my spouse, but it only has competitive two-player modes. We're competitive enough in real life, thanks, and what we need from our games is cooperative play, which this title doesn't seem to have. The puzzles (in single-player mode) are really fun to solve, though.
